You’ve always heard of Old Man Jenkins. Or at least, you’ve definitely heard Old Man Jenkins. He’s the crazy guy that lives near the top of one of the nearby hills that is always screaming about the smallest of things whenever someone walks past. You’re pretty sure he screamed at you once about a rip in your overshirt as you walked past. You remember it clearly because as you checked it, you could have sworn that part of your overshirt was covered by your armour. A lucky coincidence? Either way, you aren’t quite sure what to make when the Old Man finally puts in a formal request to the Guild. Guildmaster Blackwell does have a hard time trying to decipher his letter though, all he can tell is that it says something about a tower?
