Refund Policy
2.1
If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased tickets at Dice and Pins, and you inform us 7 or more calendar days before the day of which the event is meant to take place, you can receive a partial refund of your ticket. This partial refund will be the full ticket paid amount, minus either 50% of the sale price of the ticket, or £6, whichever is lower.
2.2 If you request a refund between 6 days and 2 days prior to the event, you are entitled to a partial refund of the full ticket amount paid, minus either 75% of your ticket or £10, whichever is lower.
2.3 No refunds are available on the day of an event or the day before an event is scheduled to take place.
2.4 Frequent cancellations within a week of an event may lead to a temporary suspension of purchasing tickets in advance. Anyone placed under this temporary ban will have their tickets refunded with the above guidance, unless tickets are purchased on the day the event is scheduled to take place.
2.5 If the date of an event is changed, a refund will be available in full on request.
2.6 If an event is cancelled, a refund in full will be issued.
